Student Advisory Service

Student advisory service at the Institute of Geosciences

General study advising

  • Student Service Center

For all questions concerning studying at the FSU, you can contact the Student Service Center (SSZ). This includes, for example, questions about enrollment, application for Bachelor's programs, change of subject, or leave of absence. The SSZ also houses the Central Student Advisory Service, which makes individual appointments for advising. It is the point of contact for questions regarding the choice of subject, study requirements and prerequisites, career orientation and application. In addition, the Central Student Advisory Service helps students to find their personal goals and to deal with personal difficulties and problems during their studies.
